How to place an order online

1. On home page hover the arrow over the product box and click to enter our on-line shop.

2. Input the location as the country where your order is to be delivered and not the country where you are placing the order from.

3. Click, enter shop.

4. Here you can either search for the product code or description, by putting in a selected word or words into the search box, or just browse through the different ranges.

5. Click on the product group you wish to purchase. Move through the pages with blue arrows.

6. When you find the picture of the item you wish to purchase, in the bar below the product, enter the quantity and then press add.

7. A confirmation box is displayed, close this window with the red button.

8. Your product is now in the trolley, continue shopping until you are ready to checkout.

9. At any time you can review order by using the bar on the left hand side stating 'review order'.

10. At the checkout you can enter your name, delivery information and credit card details and confirm order.

11. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive e-mail confirmation.

12. If there are any queries with your order, our office will contact you to clarify your instructions.

How to place an order using quick order

1. If you are using the quick order, click on the bar 'quick order' on the left of screen.
2. Put in the product code 'enter' and quantity 'enter'.
3. Continue from no. 8 above.
