When we have received your order our goal is to despatch within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and deliver within 2 working days in the U.K (this may take longer if going overseas). However, sometimes there are circumstances outside of our control, when this may take longer, you will be informed A.S.A.P.
All orders are sent by our contracted UK carriers. Guaranteed next day, before 12pm next day and Saturday morning delivery are additional services but do incur a higher charge.

Why not have your tea or coffee in a unique hand crafted terracotta mug. Our terracotta Tankard has a capacity of 300ml. This is an artisan crafted mug and is weighty and durable just like our other terracotta products. For added durability we fire these mugs to a slightly higher temperature in the kiln as compared to the rest of our terracotta, for this reason there are slight variations in terracotta colour due to placement in the kiln, however we believe this adds to the uniquness of each tankard.
