When we have received your order our goal is to deliver within 7 working days in the U.K.(this may take up to 20 working days if going overseas). However, sometimes there are circumstances outside of our control, when this may take longer, you will be informed A.S.A.P.
All orders are sent by our contracted UK carriers, Guaranteed next day, before 12pm next day and Saturday morning delivery are additional services but do incur a higher charge.
All delivery prices quoted are to the country mainland only, orders for Islands (i.e. deliveries off the mainland) will incurr an additional surcharge, please call the office for the total freight price ++44 (0) 1359 251 239
Free mainland UK delivery is only applicable to orders with a cart subtotal over £50 nett (exluding VAT and Shipping).
Our online shop accepts most major credit and debit cards.( Visa, Mastercard, Debit mastercard, Debit Visa, UK Maestro & Solo.)
We also can take payment by cheque if you wish to do so, but you will need to notify us this is how you intend to pay.
Please note that we process payment at the time of ordering, should there be any problems your card would be credited ASAP.
Please note that all payment taken are in Great British pounds and if you are paying with a credit card overseas there will be a currency exchange rate.

All shipping prices overseas vary as the cost of this is calculated by the weight of your goods, destination and in some case the volumetric size of the carton.(only airfreight)

All orders within the UK & Overseas are charged at the shipping rate shown at checkout.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses.
We reserve the right not to accept your order at our own discretion.
Vat and Custom Duties UK and EU
20% Vat is added by law on all deliveries in the UK and EU.
Orders delivered outside of the EU have Vat deducted.
All internet prices include VAT.
Orders may be subject to customs or import duties.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the product we will need to know within 7 working days of receiving your order and we will offer you a full refund or free replacements.
If you receive products that are faulty on our part we will send out free of charge replacements as soon as possible and we will refund you the cost of sending the item back, however if for any other reason you are not satisfied you will be asked to send the goods back and you will be required to pay the postage costs as we only refund the product itself.
Vouchers can be redeemed against online purchases at www.henrywatson.com and in our retail shop in Wattisfield.
The voucher is valid for six months from the date the voucher is emailed to you.
Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
This voucher is not transferable or assignable and has a cash redemption value of £0.001 which can not be exchanged or part exchanged for cash payment.
The voucher cannot be used retrospectively to pay for orders already placed.

We as a company, value our customers and strongly believe in customer satisfaction, so we will try and resolve the problem as quickly as possible, by acknowledging you we have received the complaint, and ensuring a positive outcome.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
